Ehud Benshach 

  Chairman of The Board

Mr. Benshach serves as Chairman of Neocity Group, Poalim Real Estate Fund and Petrolgas Group.
Mr. Benshach acted as the former Chairman of PazGaz, an Israeli energy concern, and Pi Glilot, Israel's largest government-owned energy concern as well as General Manager of Sahar Development & Investments Ltd., a publically-owned real estate company.

Mr. Benshach is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds a B.A in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

  Erez Golan

  CEO

Mr. Golan, Neocity Group's CEO joined the company as corporate CFO in 2008 and was appointed CEO in January 2011. Among his past positions, Mr. Golan headed the Asia - Pacific Division at Africa-Israel, one of Israel’s largest global real-estate development companies.
In his previous positions Mr. Golan served as CFO of Tadiran Carrier, and other various public traded companies in the industrial and high-tech sectors.

Mr. Golan is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A in Business Administration and Finance from the College of Management.

  Tamar Rubinstein

  CFO

Mrs. Rubinstein joined Neocity Group as the company’s controller in 2006 and was appointed to the position of corporate CFO in 2011. Prior to joining Neocity Mrs. Rubinstein served as the controller of a chain of aged care facilities, and was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.

Mrs. Rubinstein is a certified public accountant, and holds a B.A in Business Administration and an M.B.A from the College of Management.

  Gil Somech

  Legal Advisor

Mr. Somech joined Neocity Group in 2007 as the Legal Advisor of Neocity Group's divisions worldwide. In his prior position Mr. Somech acted as a Real Estate Legal Advisor for some of Israel's largest retail companies.

Mr. Somech holds a LLB from Tel- Aviv University and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1996.

  Nimrod Ben Ami

  CEO - Romania

Mr. Ben Ami joined Neocity Group in 2005 and is currently serving as the CEO of Neocity Group Romania. Prior to joining Neocity Mr. Ben Ami acted as Manager of the Petrolgas Group Real-Estate Division, and Vice President of Sahar Development & Investments Ltd.

Mr. Ben-Ami holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

  Oded Ber

  CEO - Czech Republic

Mr. Ber is currently serving as the CEO of Neocity Group Czech Republic. He first joined Neocity Group in 2005 as Legal Counsel of Neocity Group's divisions worldwide. Prior to joining Neocity in his current position, Mr. Ber held the position of Managing Director of Engel Group in the Czech Republic.

Mr. Ber holds an LLB and a B.A in Business from IDC Herzliya.

  Dror Kerem

  CEO - Poland

Mr. Kerem currently serves as CEO of Neocity Group Poland. Prior to joining Neocity Group Mr. Kerem held the position of CEO at Ronson Development, a public traded leading real estate development and investment company in Poland. Mr. Kerem has also served as General Manager and Marketing Manager at various leading companies.

Mr. Kerem holds a B.Sc. in International Business, and an M.B.A from Bentley University.
