The Neo Village project is situated on Konotopska st. in the the Ursus district of Warsaw. the project consists of 19,500 sqm of land and will be delivered in two phases:
Phase I offers 146 residential units in a 5 low-rise three story buildings complex with approximately 8,100 sqm of buildable area, and an underground parking space. This part of the project comprises of three stages. Phase II is still under development.
Purpose: Residential and Commercial Buildable Area: phase I- 8,100 sqm, phase II- 11,400 sqm. Status: phase I - under construction and marketing. Phase II- in development.
